Buckaroo LLC strives to uphold the safest environment for you, other guests and our horses. Due to insurance restrictions set in place to aid in proper safety measures, buckaroo trails must operate under certain guidelines to maintain such safety code of conduct. Other tour operators in the general Las Vegas, Nv area may or may not set forth these necessary precautions; but we do!

Q: Are there any weight & age restrictions?
A: Yes, our Insurance guidelines do stipulate that no one over 250 lbs may ride the horses, for safety reasons. Buckaroo Trails does require all guests to get on and off their horses with only minimum assistance from our wranglers. Due to safety reasons & possible health concerns, no one over the age of 70 yrs old can attend a guided tour.
Q: What are the age restrictions? are children allowed on trail rides?
A: Ages 5 yrs old and up are welcome on our riding tours, younger children will be hand-led on ponies. Helmets are required for children ages 5 yrs old through 17 yrs old. We do supply the helmets. If child is under the age of 8 yrs old, they will need to be hand-led on a pony. You will need to book a FAMILY TOUR in order for younger child(ren) to ride. The tour time-frame may be shortened to accommodate the younger child(ren).
Q: Cancellation or Rescheduling Policy?
A: We have a 48-hour cancellation policy and a 24 -hour rescheduling policy that must be made 3 hours prior to your scheduled trail ride. Any no-shows or cancellations received after the 48-hour period will be charged full price. Buckaroo Trails will honor a twelve (12) month credit on a comparable ride at current prices on Cancellations or Reschedules. No cash refunds are available. Deposit is Non-refundable.
Q: When is payment collected? Is there a Deposit?
A: Non-refundable Deposit of $25 is required. Remaining balance is due in Cash. Payable upon your arrival and prior to loading onto horse.
Q: What is the dress code? What shall I/we wear?
A: Please wear enclosed shoes (boots are best). Pants only such as blue jeans or stretchy jeans.
Please wear FAMILY APPROPRIATE ATTIRE.
T-shirt or long sleeves or western type shirts are perfect. Hat for summer months is helpful.
